2. Founding Period Conditions

The founding offer is available until 31 December 2026 or until 2,000 paid members have subscribed, whichever comes first.
Members who join during the founding period keep the Rs 499/month rate while their subscription remains active.
If a founding member cancels and resubscribes after a break of more than 30 days, they may lose the founding rate.
After the founding period closes, new members pay the standard rate of Rs 799/month.

4. Programme Overview

The PMDesk Referral Programme is operated by Precious Metals Intelligence Desk ("PMDesk", "we", "us"). It rewards paid founding members who refer new subscribers and gives qualifying referred subscribers a temporary Research Pro upgrade.

5. Eligibility

Participation is open to paid PMDesk members on Member Brief or Research Pro.
The Programme is valid exclusively for the first 2,000 paid members during the founding period.
Members must have an active paid subscription to participate as referrers.
Self-referral is prohibited, including alternate emails or duplicate accounts.
Each member may hold only one referral code.
PMDesk may verify eligibility and disqualify manipulation, abuse, or payment fraud.

6. Referrer Reward - 10g 999 Pure Silver

3.1 Reward Description

Referrers who successfully refer 5 qualifying paid members become eligible for one physical silver coin or bar of 10 grams, 999 fine silver purity. Specific brand or mint depends on availability. The approximate value changes with the silver market price.

3.2 Qualifying Referral Definition

A referral qualifies only when all of these conditions are met:

The referee clicks the referrer's unique referral link and completes signup.
The referee makes a successful payment of at least Rs 499 for a PMDesk subscription.
The referee's subscription remains active for a minimum of 30 calendar days from payment date.
The referee has not previously held a PMDesk account under another email address.
The Programme remains active during the first 2,000 paid founding members.

3.3 Reward Fulfilment Process

At 5 qualifying referrals, the reward is queued for PMDesk admin review.
PMDesk will contact the eligible referrer to confirm delivery address and identity.
Physical silver will be dispatched within 30 business days of approval and address confirmation.
Delivery is available within India only.
The silver reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or subscription discounts.
PMDesk is not responsible for courier delays or incorrect address information.

3.4 Progress Display

The member dashboard displays referral progress as grams earned, with +2g per qualifying referral up to 10g. This display is indicative only. Final eligibility is determined by PMDesk admin review, not by the dashboard counter alone.

7. Referee Reward - Research Pro Free 6 Months

New members who join PMDesk using a valid referral link during the founding period receive Research Pro access free for six calendar months from payment date. Research Pro is normally Rs 1,999/month, so the approximate promotional value is Rs 11,994. After the free period, access returns to Member Brief at the founding rate of Rs 499/month while active.

The referee must complete payment of the standard Member Brief subscription to activate the free upgrade.
The Research Pro upgrade is applied automatically after payment confirmation.
The free upgrade period is six calendar months, approximately 183 days.
After the free period ends, access returns to Member Brief unless the member upgrades.
The standard rate after the founding offer is Rs 799/month for non-founding members.
This reward applies only to new members using a valid referral code during the founding period.

9. Programme Limitations and PMDesk Rights

PMDesk may modify, suspend, or close the Programme with notice to active participants.
PMDesk may disqualify abusive accounts, fake accounts, bulk signups, payment fraud, or duplicate accounts.
Rewards already earned and confirmed by admin review will be honoured.
The founding period closes automatically when the 2,000th paid member subscribes or at PMDesk's discretion.
PMDesk's decision on Programme eligibility and fulfilment is final.

10. Tax Liability

Recipients of physical silver rewards may be liable for income tax or gift tax under Indian tax laws.
PMDesk does not provide tax advice. Members should consult a qualified tax advisor.
GST may apply to subscription services under prevailing Indian tax regulations.
