Membership and Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

Summary: Founding members pay Rs 499 per quarter, which covers 3 months of access. That is Rs 166/month effective during the first 6 months. After the founding period mechanics, founding members keep Rs 499/month locked while active. Standard rate after founding is Rs 799/month. Physical referral reward campaigns are currently paused. Valid until December 2026 or 2,000 paid founding members, whichever comes first.

2. Founding Period Conditions

The founding offer is available until 31 December 2026 or until 2,000 paid members have subscribed, whichever comes first.
Members who join during the founding period keep the Rs 499/month rate while their subscription remains active.
If a founding member cancels and resubscribes after a break of more than 30 days, they may lose the founding rate.
After the founding period closes, new members pay the standard rate of Rs 799/month.

4. Referral Attribution Overview

The PMDesk referral code system is operated by Precious Metals Intelligence Desk ("PMDesk", "we", "us"). Referral links may be used to attribute how a new subscriber discovered PMDesk. Physical referral reward campaigns are currently paused.

5. Eligibility

Participation is open to paid PMDesk members on Member Brief or Research Pro.
The Programme is valid exclusively for the first 2,000 paid members during the founding period.
Members must have an active paid subscription to use referral attribution features.
Self-referral is prohibited, including alternate emails or duplicate accounts.
Each member may hold only one referral code.
PMDesk may verify eligibility and disqualify manipulation, abuse, or payment fraud.

6. Physical Reward Campaign Paused

6.1 Current Status

PMDesk is not currently offering any physical metal reward, delivery reward, grams-based progress, or prize campaign. Referral links are retained only for attribution and operational tracking.

6.2 Referral Attribution Definition

A referral attribution may be recorded only when all of these conditions are met:

The referee clicks the referrer's unique referral link and completes signup.
The referee makes a successful payment of at least Rs 499 for a PMDesk subscription.
The referee's subscription remains active for a minimum of 30 calendar days from payment date.
The referee has not previously held a PMDesk account under another email address.
The referral attribution feature remains active and has not been suspended by PMDesk.

6.3 No Fulfilment Obligation

No physical item is queued, promised, or dispatched through the current referral attribution system.
PMDesk may later launch a separate referral campaign with fresh written terms.
Any future campaign will apply only after it is explicitly announced on pmdesk.org.

6.4 Progress Display

The member dashboard may show referral counts for attribution only. It does not represent prize eligibility, delivery eligibility, or cash-equivalent value.

7. Referred Member Access

Referral-code benefits for referred members may be changed, paused, or removed at any time. PMDesk will show any active benefit clearly before checkout.

The referred member must complete payment before any paid access benefit can apply.
Any benefit shown before checkout applies only according to the active checkout terms at that time.
PMDesk may pause promotional referral benefits without affecting already-paid subscription access.
The standard rate after the founding offer is Rs 799/month for non-founding members.

9. Programme Limitations and PMDesk Rights

PMDesk may modify, suspend, or close the Programme with notice to active participants.
PMDesk may disqualify abusive accounts, fake accounts, bulk signups, payment fraud, or duplicate accounts.
The founding period closes automatically when the 2,000th paid member subscribes or at PMDesk's discretion.
PMDesk's decision on programme eligibility is final.

10. Tax Liability

PMDesk does not provide tax advice. Members should consult a qualified tax advisor.
GST may apply to subscription services under prevailing Indian tax regulations.
